M performance tailpipe for x20i

Hi

The X3 x20i comes with a huge single tailpipe.
For looks I'd like to fit a dual pipe instead like this:

However - it seems that the retrofit part is only available for the x20d.

Does anyone know why ?

Or rather:
Would there be any problems in retrofitting the part on an x20i ?
