Good packaging. The buffer itself is fairly heavy compared to the cheap one had from autozone that crapped out quickly...im hoping this translates to more durability. Two different handle options. Variable speeds easy to use and seems like it has power to spare. Instructions are easy to understand about the recommended settings depending on the job.Everything appears to be good quality except for maybe the bag it comes with is a little cheap but don't care about that really. Ill be practicing on the truck before the M2 gets the treatment.

If it's the Griot's device, I can attest to it being very good. I'd recommend buying the 5.5" conversion kit. I used it to correct an entire Cayenne and have also buffed out scratches on my Tesla and GT3 RS. It's safe to use but kind of slow because of that.
