You Tube Video - A First Attempt.
I know we already have some experienced You Tubers on here, but this is my first attempt.
I've just created a short video sequence of some of my 'Weather Watcher' images, put them to music and uploaded to you Tube. This is the first time I've attempted anything like this, so I'd appreciate any feedback from you all. I subscribe to the BBC Weather Watcher' Programme here in the UK and the BBC occasionally use my images to illustrate the weather in this part of the World. The video runs for just under 7 minutes and is best viewed full screen and in HD. This link should open it in HD, but if not you can change to HD with the 'gear-wheel' bottom right of screen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgMVcMaTcXk It is just an experiment and a conversion from the original .exe file, created using PicturestoExe, to an avi. So as you can probably appreciate there may be a little loss of quality. I may have to seek out a better way to prepare the file to upload. Thanks.

Stunning.
I recommend watching this on TV large monitor. Looks really good, I think I must have walked thousands miles on those beaches. It is a jewel of a place. If anyone has not been, it's well worth a trip to Lossiemouth. |

Wow, you take off without an engine. Thats a major fecking emergency for me! Lovely video all the same (and I hope you're on Glidernet and have an IFF ) As for allachie9s video, I echo Brigands comments. Some of the most lovely beaches and coastlines I've ever walked along. Spent many an hour bimbling along the coastline having cycled from Elgin as a kid. The best pure unspoiled bit of coast line in the UK (apart from random bits of crashed Jaguar and Buccaneer debris washed up!) |

There is a reason we call them sweaties Seriously though, it is one of those places that once you have experienced a full year there, then you feel the need to stay. I only moved as it stifling my career (lol) being one of 15 Avionics Cpls on 617 Sqn, otherwise would happily have stayed. Oh and there where 26 drinking establishments |
