eBay

Have someone in Croatia asking about courier delivery of my 403m's - any risks given usual advance PayPal payment?

Paypal can be reversed if they claim not to have received the wheels, or if they claim the wheels were damaged on receipt.

Personally, I'd want a bank transfer. Non-reversible.

As long as they pay for the courier delivery including full insurance and tracking then should be fine.

personally wouldn't go near it, burnt a few times. They could claim not as described and ebay will 99% of the time go with the buyer even for private sales. Add the international
risk, on a high value item. As mentioned bank transfer and remove the shambles that is PayPal for sellers from the equation.

Ebay will almost always side with the buyer

Don't do it.

Surely someone in the UK will buy them, cash on collection
