Newbie saying "Alright"

Hi chaps
Just moved from Audi (TT 3.2dsg)to a E90 320d.
Here,s my spec
320D 177 auto
Black with sun protection glass, greyshade windscreen,Xenons,18" wheels, bluetooth,Black leather.
Since december I have had black grille,DVD headrests(I do the school run every day) and I ordered a Spider tuning box yesterday for the £300 price.
Liking it a lot but do miss the DSG box from VW/Audi,s I have had previously had.
Couldnt wait for the encryption to be broken and a proper remap(At a reasonable price) so have chose the spider after reading reviews on this forum, which were great....

Hello and welcome Monk. Sounds like a nice spec.

I do have to do the obligatory though.

I bet your fuel bill is a bit less

Congrats on the car by the way. It should be great once you get it 'souped-up'

A very sweet, unstressed, great sounding engine with one of the best boxes around and not just about "how fast"

Welcome Monk, I too came from a 3.2 VAG to the 177 bhp 320d and am interested on your take between the two

Hi Monk and welcome. Obligatory pics. as has been muted.

Interesting change of brand and engine etc. As creepy coupe said, be good to hear your comparisons between the two cars.

Hi again
Pics of the 42" plasmas as requested..
I know there not as nice a some but they were free to me!!

Also got the spider up and running and great difference from standard..
I have a bit of a miss under heavy load sadly
Think it feels like 2 much fuel.
Going to mess around with the settings and see if iI can get rid of it.

How much control do you have over the fueling etc with the tuning box?

Looking good Monk

I'd be interested where you got your aftermarket DVD headrests from?
I've been seriously thinking about this for a while now too.
