I think he has simply gone on to FleaBay, typed in 'BMW F30' then selected the bottom 100 of tat under the sub heading of 'Chinese shite' then glued it on to the car.

It must take a lot of effort to select pretty much everything that even a Ricer Civic window licker would turn his nose up at.
