Oil Leak?

I was swapping out coil packs and noticed a lot of gunk. Is this oil leaking?

Yes, these are leaks.

You either somebody that did a horrible job filling up and didn't clean, or the cover filler plug rubber is dead.

You also appear to have a valve gover gasket leak (from the front of the engine).

You may or may not have a leak at the valvetronic motor. Since you have a leak at the gasket anyway you'd need to replace the valvetronic motor gasket anyway.

You may or may not have a leak at the crankshaft position sensor (the electrical wire that goes in the top-front of the engine). Could be oil coming from the filler plug, but could be the sensor leaking. A leak there will cause a variety of driveability problems as eventually it will destroy the sensor.

Thanks! I'll get it checked out asap.
