business nav and advance bluetooth

Can I have advanced Bluetooth with business nav and if so does advanced Bluetooth give Spotify integration over Bluetooth on android?

I.e select playlists and seealbum artwork

I have business nav and also have advanced bluetooth. I can use spotify over BT but can't choose a specific song, only go forwards and backwards on a playlist.

I believe connected drive will allow you to use spotify to it's full potential, but someone who uses that may be able to confirm.
