iPod Connection!

I got a 440 but when I try and connect my iPod 5th gen it connects but when I go to MEDIA and select it there it just gives me a loading sign and then tells me to connect device!

Any idea's what is it or how to fix it?

Thanks

Tried a good old fashioned hard reset on it? Hold down centre button and play at the same time. Or even a different cable to be sure?

It's connected by Bluetooth.

Reset the iPod? It's connecting best not posing anything.

I'm afraid that the iPod is not compatible with the latest version of iDrive. I found this out the hard way after buying a new iPod Nano.

iPhones, on the other hand, work fine. I'm currently using my daughter's old iPhone 4S. Anything with iOS, basically, should be fine.

Thank you for the reply.

It's the iPod 5 touch so newer than the iPhone 4s. It's ok now it is working, i just restarted everything and re-added it all from scratch and it works!

Thousands of tunes on my HUD.

Cheers
