Question DIY help. Need to replace screenwash reservoir

On our F30, I noticed screen wash dripping out from under the bumperby the n/s/f tyre. Everytime I fill it leaks.

Can this job be done by removing the wheel and arch liner?

I have conflicting advice. One garage said the bumper would need to be removed and the adaptive head lights reset. Another one said they'd remove the wheel to access the reservoir.

Any thoughts welcome.

I have done this. I took mine out to clean the washer pump filter. My bottle is on the o/s.

You need to remove the wheel to make access easier and the wheel arch liner.

If I remember correctly the filler spout is linked to the bottle with a rubber hose so I wonder if it has come off or split which is causing your leak.

Thanks. Struggling to locate the part number on real oem. Even with images drill down. Not sure where it would be.

See here:-

As per Mr NSB, on my F31 it was wheel off, rear arch liner out, brute force to disconnect filler hose, a couple of screws on the reservoir and it sort of rolls out forward from the top.

I think mine was on the off side though...

Considering the screen wash bottle is on the o/s of the car and your drip is on the n/s, it sounds more like a headlamp washer cylinder leaking to me if you have them fitted.
