I can only think the owner reported it a stolen.

I mean, you get a speeding ticket, you take the hit or advise who was driving. I can't believe there are many circumstances where the identity of the driver is unknown.

You can blatantly see the driver flashes his lights following that overtake, and the Focus driver looses his cool. I thought that would be the end of it after the stand off, but what happened next... crazy stuff.
The most annoying this about this is that if it were for speeding, someone would 100% have been prosecuted as that's the way the law has been written. But not so for everything else, where you don't have to give evidence & the CPS has to prove the case. Absurd.
