New HARDCORE Spring Time mods

Hey what's up guys,

Hope you all liked that click bait title , thought I'd share some unique mods that I was able to find through the forums. Enjoy

First off: Euro spec sunglass holder of course! but it's in place of the driver side 'oh shit' bar, thought that was cool.

Next up....enable rear fog lights. Here's the diy, works like a charm! Light on dash and little light above brakes

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=531296

Last, I made a custom alcantara GTS style armrest . I covered it in real alcantara, padding underneath, perfect height I think. Next version I'll try and put some color stitching in the sides, make it fill out the section a bit better. Let me know what you think.

Add also, shout out to #tee for the CF rear side fins.

Thoughts:

I love your steering wheel. Love the idea of the matching console lid and it looks great for DIY, but maybe take it to an upholstery shop and have them recreate the look of the OEM one (with the separate panels on the sides and front)? Something seems missing can't quite put my finger on it.

Are those stock exhaust tips? They look like they have a matte finish.

It looks like you have B&W roundels in the center of your wheels. Nice touch.

Sunglass holder looks very useful.

Undecided on the side fins. I like your spoiler.

Suggestion: program your garage door opener into the buttons on the bottom of your rearview (at least I think I see them there).

The alcantara armrest looks comfy. I'd copy you if I had dark interior.

So this is the look I was going for if you've seen the M3 GTS armrest:

Name: GTS.jpg
Views: 839
Size: 5.4 KB

This is just the 1st version, testing out the fitment and look, I'll be changing some things I think on the next one.

Not stock tips, those are Cyba dry carbon tips

They are cf roundels that match the hood and trunk cf emblems, thanks.

Sunglass holder frees up space on the center console too...

Well at least I dont have the stupid yellow airbag warning sticker on it! But yea I'm lazy about some shit haha

I'm not sure I've ever seen or noticed "side fins" before. They don't seem at home here. In fact, they look kind of pep-boysish, in my opinion... but I'm twice as old as most of you

I like all the other changes.
