Coding Off Sport Mode Lockout on Low Tire Pressure

I'm new to posting to this forum so forgive me if this has been covered already but I've searched everywhere and could not find any threads related to this. Has anyone heard of being able to code off the sport mode lockout when your tire pressure in one or more tires is too low and it wont let you switch into sport mode and turn traction control off? I have the latest version of ESYS with psdz 61 data files.

Never seen code, but curious why you do not just want to keep tires at correct pressure? With under or over-inflated tires, you decrease fuel efficiency as well as increase likelihood of a flat.

I went to the track with a friend of mine and his 335i and he wanted to deflate his tires a bit for better traction on a launch but we didn't do it cause we didn't want to trigger the lockout mode

An issue with the low PSI warning is that it only occurs if one tire is significantly lower than the rest. If all are low, idrive reads as green.

I have run into this issue and would not mind it programmed away. I will be the judge of whether 26 PSI should interrupt the driving mode

Apparently if you want to go over 100 miles per hour you're supposed to over inflate the tires by about 5 PSI. Not sure why this is as my tires can go up to 180 mph per the speed rating.

Bad idea. The initial traction may be better but that advantage is gone within maybe a hundred yards, and then the problems caused by under-inflation set in.
