Updating NBT Firmware

Is it possible to update the NBT firmware? I'm currently at NBT_A. If it is possible, are there any ramifications on other modules not working correctly within the system?

if you have NBT_A my guess is you a MY13 car.

If so, I highly recommend you have your iStep level updated which will update all modules.

Yes, I do have a 13 535i M Sport (build date 07/12). If I get all the modules updated through Istep, will it corrupt or present any other problems to any modules in the vehicle?
