Openeo
Ordered a set of tyres from Openeo 2 days ago and yet to receive a tracking No.
Emailed them and they said they were sent yesterday and tracking No would follow. First time i have used them. Is this normal and what are people's experiences? |

I used them around 3 years ago for some alloys - rather slow dispatch but the discount when compared to UK retailers more than made up for it (they are based in Poland IIRC)

Used them literally the other day. Ordered Monday, delivered yesterday. Useless tracking service from DPD though. Went from on route to depo to delivered. Cheapest out there though.

Ordered 4 tyres from then recently for my Merc (over £40 cheaper per tyre). Delivery info was a bit sketchy, but they turned up within 5 days, so all should be ok. Any concerns, drop them an email

So went to get the S 1Evo fitted and they sent the wrong fronts. Sent the k107 instead of the K117 model which are totally different.
Rang Openeo and they said they would have to talk with warehouse on Monday and asked to send photos etc..Not impressed so far.. |

I ordered a set from them and had a similar experience.
One order the it was split into two order by them. Seems the rears came from Germany and the Fronts from another eastern European country. The once from Germany had a tracking number and turned pretty quick the others took ages to get a tracking number and I think they turned up before I actually got a tracking number. All good in the end but shocking comms. |

Sounds a bit similar. 2 clearly come from another country and took longer like you said.
But problem i have is the wrong ones were sent and they still have not collected the wrong ones to return. They won't send out correct ones until wrong ones are back... |

So the saga with these tyres is still going on. As above they sent wrong ones about 3 wks ago and have been trying to get them picked up as they won't send correct ones until others returned.
DPD have tried 3 times to collect from fitter but according to garage the driver refused as he had a collection note for 1x parcel. So now they have asked if I can drop off at a depo which has is actually not that far...but I'm pretty suicidal by now...no idea what's best to do on this ? Awful customer services so far. |

Ordered on Camskill (£162) Monday teatime - email later that evening to say they couldn't source tyres (GY Eagle Assymetric 2, 225,40,19) despite saying they were in stock. I'd used Camskill before and was very impressed with price and service last time. Reluctantly (after reading this thread) I used Oponeo - A couple of pounds cheaper and delivery in 4-5 working days. Emails confirming order within a few hours (although all went to my spam folder) and payment through PayPal. Following day I received DPD tracking info and found tyre was in Netherlands. No more emails but kept checking on DPD website and first thing this morning it appeared to still be in transit abroad. At about 2 this afternoon our secretary came down and asked if I'd ordered a tyre as she'd just taken delivery of one. At about 4 got an email to let me know I'd got a new tyre! So, cheap and quick delivery, even from abroad, but not great comms. |

Can't you ask for a refund on the wrong ones? Then instead of waiting for collection you can order what you want now from somewhere else?
Ok, you might have to wait for collection for your refund to be processed, but at least you'll have tyres. I know when I orders tyres I don't usually have weeks and weeks of wear left in the current ones. |
