How the fitment on the VRSF 3.5' exhaust?

Hey guys I really want to pull the trigger on a cat back exhaust, but I don't want to spend over 900 because my car already has over 100k on the clock. With that in mind I've been looking at the vrsf exhaust. I wanted to know what people think of its fitment and sound wise? I know they have updated it multiple times to fit better, clearance is also not an issue for me I'm not slammed, but I do have their downpipes and intercooler already and those I'm very happy with. I'm not expecting any gainzz because I also have my secondary cats deleted on my stock exhaust, but I'd rather not have drone; I've had fully straight pipe cars before so my tolerance for drone is relatively high but I'm kinda over that life haha Let me know your opinion and if it's good I'll probably buy it today!

The VRSF exhaust sounds good but the fitment is poor. Even if your not slammed the original version scrapes like hell. Sits really low.

What do you mean by original version?

I have the V2's that VRSF started selling mid- to late-2016. It's not made to fit my E93, but an hour of work by the exhaust shop took care of it.

I'm lowered slightly on coilovers and I don't scrape. For my setup, I feel no difference in height compared to the factory exhaust.
The sound is awesome. No rasp. Loud, but not annoying at all.

My understanding is that VRSF stopped selling the V1's because of fitment issues.

We redesigned the exhaust a couple years ago, it fits perfect now without any low clearance issues. There's also the option to retain the chassis brace with the new exhaust.

Does it come with the spacers or do I need to go to Home Depot or something if so could you tell me what to get before I start taking stuff apart?

Comes with spacers but the longer bolts needed to fit the spacers are not included

If I recall correctly, I'm 99% sure there are an M8 with 1.25 thread pitch. I just cut some longer bolts I had laying around down to the required length.
