Hi Guys,
I installed a new M streering wheel with paddle shiters on F20.
So far I did:
VO Coding:
Removed option 205 and added
2TB,249,544,7AC,710,8TN
I did code all modules, except GWS and FEM_GW, Code option was not active for them.
Then I FA coded:
EGS | 3000 | Baustand | ab_0713
EGS | 3000 | Sportschalter_alt | aktiv
EGS | 3000 | Sportschalter | aktiv
ICM | S2TBA | verbaut

After the VO coding I got these errors (please check screens below)


I tried to disable
FEM_BODY | 3140 | LIN_VARIANTE_MFL | Werte=FF
and
FEM_BODY | 3190 | Paddles_verbaut | nicht_aktiv

but still no luck.

How can I avoid problem with DME and activate paddle shifters?
As for the DME issue I suppose I have to play with options of LIN_VARIANTE_MFL?
Please share you thougts on this problem, Thanks in advance.

The EGS fault is common. There is a reset procedure that you should follow so that vehicle knows whether or not to look for paddles.

Did you code DME? You do not need to and should generally be left alone.

Why did you choose the following combination?
2TB,249,544,7AC,710,8TN

I am getting a little confused by your use of terminology. That is FDL coding that would already be coded with 2TB.
