Exclamation What to buy~

Hey everyone,

Need some advice.

I'm looking at the brake replacement kit (rotors/pads/sensor) in the link below. Can anyone give me advice as to if these parts (and the manufacturer) are reliable and have good, if not better, performance over OEM. There $100 cheaper compared to stealership.

Anyone have experience with ordering from ECS tuning?

I have had good experience with ecs tuning and they have been a solid sponsor of this site foe some time.

I am also a big fan of hawk hops pads for performance vehicles. The only unknown are the ecs rotors. I might ping them to see who they source them from.

I have had good luck in the past with centric brand rotors at good prices too.

I bought my kit from Turner for about $400, came with Zimmerman rotors, Stoptech pads, sensors, and Dot5 fluid. It was around $300 if I didn't go with Stoptech pads.

That's a nice kit. ECS Tuning is a great website. Easy to order from, good shipping, nice price, etc.

Just gotta say it: try Rock Auto to see if you can't get a slightly better price on what you see.

Good set, I'd recommend this or packages similar to this. If you're looking to save money just be careful with what rotors you buy. Try to find that tried and true. 335 rotors are huge if they're not machined at its best your steering wheel will vibrate.

I didn't notice how huge our rotors were until I changed the rotors and compared them to other cars that I see. These rotors are bigger than those on an F-150.
