You've got about 4 screws on top which you loosen. Then you can get in behind the grill and try and push down the little tabs that hold it in place. Use a flat head screw driver. Bit of a pain but stick at it.
The tabs are on the top, the bottom and one of the sides. Think there's a partial tab on the other side.

I did this recently and used the above video as a reference. Tbh I found it a lot easier to unclip it just using my hands, rather than with a flathead. Maybe I just have skinny wrists!
