EBA file needed

Sorry for opening such a thread, but I want to retrofit LED headlights to my F30, and I need EBA 2420333 file. It is LED headlight official retrofit document.
Can someoane help me with this?
I think I'm not the only one who needs this file, and if other files needed, is there a way to get them?
