Are all your connectors plugged back in? Did you do the replacement or a shop did it? The trans won't cause the issues you are describing. Sounds like something is unplugged or wires got pinched.

Appears electrical-related if you're 100% sure everything is plugged in correctly and the car was running fine before the transmission was replaced. Damaged harness, blown fuse(s) or relays, or (hopefully not) a damaged DME. Perhaps the shop shorted out something and blew one of the large 30A fuses in the DME circuit. I'd start by checking every fuse in the DME box and then the fuse panels in the trunk and behind the glove box.

You keep adding details to the story that should have been mentioned in the OP. |

That's the only thing I could think of as wondering conformation,if you did swap trans,is programming nessasery being that even tho,the trans is behind a 335or 535, it would still have to be vin programmed, wouldn't it? I don't think it's a direct bolt in. Did you notice any changes before flash?

I got the ecu today from the dealer and 2 of the mosfets are bad, the ones for Cyl 2 and 3, the weird part is that I'm only getting codes for both camshaft sensor, cps and for the throttle no codes for misfire or 30bb.. Swap was done and when the car was started that's when problems emerged, I did the flash and it was still the same..
