AC Schnitzer UK demo car
Hi folks,
This is Lorcan from AC Schnitzer UK. We're forum sponsors mostly active on the UK region 3 and 4 series boards but we've just taken delivery of a new M2 so I thought I'd say hello here too. We're going to be using this car to showcase our range of upgrades and accessories, take to shows, visit our dealers and for customer test drives of course. Right now though it's just a delivery mileage dirty white one! I'll update with our plans soon. Lorcan |

Hi Lorcan,
This is good news as i was very interested on the AC Schitzer pack but i wanted to see or test drive a car fitted with the upgrades before i go ahead and invalidate 3 years of warranty on my car, please let me know when your show car would be available with the performance pack to come and have a look. |

Black grill and gills required !
Shame you can`t spec your new car with black grill and gills for a no cost option?
White really needs these options ! looking forward to seeing your mods and prices. |

It was a pre-reg so we didn't spec it, someone else did. But yeah, the chrome has to go. It has black leather with blue stitching, LED adaptive lights and a DCT box. Had a quick spin up the road and like it very much. The road was wet, muddy and salty but on first impression I really like the size (compared to our previous M4). Feels very chuckable in comparison. I'm not a massive fan of BMW adaptive damping but the passive suspension felt...ok. It's quite long-legged compared to what I'm used to but grip was reassuringly good. Will need to try again on a dry road but we'll be upgrading this anyway. It sounded good, although too quiet in Sport, probably active sound anyway? Quite like the power display thingy too, I guess you can probably display it in hp rather than Kw? Fun to play with anyway. Power wise not blown away, but I have quite a high tolerance for that. More tomorrow...

Enough chit-chat, time to get it up on the ramp. Starting with the AC Schnitzer Export version exhaust. Dude on the right delving into the box is Oliver from AC Schnitzer Germany, paying a visit.
