I ran a set as a "temporary" fix for worn tires as I worked on my widebody. I was surprised by how well they performed. In fact, they were so good I went with them full time

Motortrend seems to agree http://www.motortrend.com/news/tire-...ires-zeon-rs3/

Yeah, it's my DD, i already have 2 brand new cooper tires for the front. I'll spend another $200 for another pair. I'm not sure if i wanna spend over 1k$ for a new set of Michelins so i'll give a chance to coopers.. I don't have much mods, just JB Stage 1 and that's about it. The car is RWD tho

You don't need to drop 1k neither, plenty of adorable tires in between that range that will be far better than Cooper's.

^^^^ lol

go with the Coopers.... if you just need to drive down the street I'm sure they will meet and exceed your expectations.. don't discredit them because they are not $1000, but if you are looking for track tire they may not be a good choice....

my motto is "try it once if I don't like it I wont get it again" tires are temporary you will need another set again...

tires don't make a car crash.. its the driver or a mustang!! if its not a performance tire don't expect to get performance tire performance out of them, it as simple as that.

Snikok,
Like some what coopers are you asking? As or summer or winter?
Cooper used to be good tires once when made in usa, now many are made in china so avg. there are better budget choices incl. conti, falken etc. again what category?

Good tires have a place even on street; it's the difference between 7-8 feet in stopping power under emergency dry braking (and even more under wet conditions).
