Wanted - 340i Touring
Pretty much anything considered, but I'm after a high spec model.
- Silver/Grey preferred. - Saddle ideally but as so rare will have black leather - No Coral red seats or white. Looking now to change either immediately, or in few weeks or months. I'm also looking at dealers and may just stump up for one of the many 340is that have popped up in the BMW dealer network (seem to be many ex BMW cars). They are nearly all black! Optional: if appropriate, can part ex my 330d Touring at 147k miles is only worth buttons now anyway. It is running fine (hence no rush) - just had new brakes(discs/pads), new starter motor, fresh rear tyres. Silver/Black Leather, M Sport, Auto, Pan Roof, Elec Memory Seats, bixenons Heated seats, Prof Nav, Bluetooth, 19" 225M wheels, elec folding towbar (factory). Part ex against a 340i I would let it go for a nominal amount. If its a deal breaker part ex is not essential I can hang onto it and still buy an 340i and sell at leisure.

Also, would be very surprised if anyone on here was selling 440i f31 as they've not been out long. You'd be better off going to TRL and seeing what discount he can do (the nearly new ones from dealers often come out more than new ones!).

+1 on the above. Spec your ideal car on the BMW website and you're definitely get around £10k off that price, maybe nearer £11 or £12k if very high spec. You'll struggle to get a second hand one much cheaper than that and few of them are very high spec apart from one non AUC at a very speculative £49,995. LOL

Thanks for tips.
I've looked at new, but fear I might be too late to avoid new tax pain. Spec I'd like is around £47k list, or around £36k discounted. I'm looking at around £32k for nearly new with same spec from dealer (pre haggle), and no doubt less privately. I'm not sure whether to hold out for ICON adaptive lights - but they don't seem as clever as the xenons if I read another thread correctly.

I forgot it also has folding mirrors that fold on remote, linked to memory seats etc. Bumpers have a few minor scuffs.

I've done a deal on a dealer 340i now.
Agreed to part ex the 330d, but will let it go privately if anyone wants it. PM me if interested.
