GVA: anyone know any muffler shop??
DOes any Vancouver buddy knows any place that install muffler??and anyone knows the estimate price??thanks

is this for just the axleback ikon muffler?
I'd recommend holeger (sp?)., is in richmond, next to lansdowne... they only do mufflers and exhuast.. I had my full cat-back exhaust done there when i had a civic back then,, costed me 200 dollars to install... avoid midas , as i have heard bad things about their welding and exhaust install.

np, ya is beside lansdowne, next to subway. of course, there are many other muffler shops.. but i only had experience @ holeger mufflers, and they seem to be a popular choice for many.. (They were working on a WRX, MK5 GTi, and a civic when i passed by their shop this morning)..

i got mine done at carline. excellent job, but the price is a lot more than other shop now. i got mine done for $80 (ikon exhaust) back in 3 yrs ago. and i remember someone on here say that they paid $150 last year.

i guess it depends on which midas you go to, b/c they are franchise and under private ownership, if the owners are professional, its fine, i got my ikon installed at midas and my welds were better than some of the welds I've seen with other people's exhaust

If you have a 328i then it'll cost you about $90 at Hoeglers in RMD. If you have a 335i it'll cost you more because it'll be 2 mufflers.
