emissions in colorado

so i have a 2009 335i and i cant get it to pass emissions test keep getting HC high and NOx high current mods on car are chargepipe with tial bov,7''intercooler,DP,vrsf inlets,cobb tuning system and i am not getting any service engine light

Did you really expect to pass Colorado emission test with cattles dp's?
