Wheel scrapping

Hello, I have a N54 E93 today after work I notice my front left wheel is metal to metal scrapping very annoying, low speed only high speed it's completely quiet no noticeable issues on bumps, or swerving to the side

Could the brake dust shield have gotten bent when a wheel was taken off? Had that happen on a previous car we used to own. It was rubbing slightly on the disk. I just bent it back and all was good.
