Background:
My 2006 e90 has been sitting in my driveway for about 3 weeks because I was getting a misfire on cyl 4, I put in a new coil and went to test it and the car wouldn't start. BUT, a week before this, someone else had tried jump starting the car via the battery (on the trunk). They say it started at that time, but still had the misfire.

I charged the battery from the front this time, and it is charging.
I suspected maybe I had a fried IBS, so I disconnected the blue cable but the car still won't start.

so.... I started messing around with my scanner and now I'm getting this message on my Schwaben tool when checked out my FP voltage values.

Please help!!
