330D Luxury Touring in a while

On finishing straight of ordering new 340 Touring(see main thread for advice on spec/colour) and have had provisional offer of £17.5k as P/Ex value in 2-3 months time on my current 330D Luxury Touring. Sure this is the usual derisory offer and we normally end up selling our cars to a decent local second hand dealer in Croydon for a thousand or two more than this, but thought I'd see if anyone may be keen here.
2014 14 Plate
Imperial blue/black Dakota
31k miles now
Service pack-next service in 2k miles so probably before sale.

19 inch double spoke alloys

One ding in rear wing and alloys scuffed,dealer said he'd do those so priced with that in mind but happy to sort these issues before for good offer.
No rush obviously but keen to find a good home for it.

It's got to be worth more than 17.5k surely?

That's what I'm hoping! I'll get a price from the dealer I've sold to before and very happy to sell privately for same or ideally fractionally more so hopefully everyone does ok. Cost me £32k from Park Lane 2 years ago at 3k miles ex BMW management car,approx £44k list(ha ha) new.
