**Transmission Update with Mr. Zigsman Meet San Diego**

Hi people,

Our fellow member "Zigsman" is planning on coming to San Diego and at the same time offered to update our transmissions in our cars as he has be done it and is fair expertise on this subject. As you know this service cost over $150 at the dealerships. Mr. Zigsman is willing to do for only $40. Hopefully we can get a fairly size group for him to be worthwhile trip. The plan in to do It in a weekend in December?

Please let us know whos in to do this? whoever is having tranny issue you can come down to this meet and chat with Mr Zigsman.

Me neither. Is my '07 6 speed MT out of date already? It still seems to work pretty well...

Its an update to the software for some trannys in our cars who have experience issues with it due to bad solenoids or just need to update software after fluid change.

LOL is there such a thing? Not sure, but I all know is that Mr Zigsman has all the equipment to do software update. Let me ask. Hopefully he jumps in to this thread and answer all these questions.

I can update both transmissions and any other modules. I can also update through whole car. The transmission "bump" issue is common with the ZF transmissions, not the GM.

I'm only doing software updates. I can give you guidance on transmission issues, but I won't have any time to turn wrenches on this trip.
