Hilarious. If he hates it he should just dump it rather than bitch about it.
I do like the cloth seats, though. I wish we could get those here. |

Old 5 series are kinda junk don't pretend they are not. Did you see the issues he had? I don't think they are acceptable. One key starts the car and one does not, all the engine lights on, radio turns off when you charge the phone. 1000's in repairs.

The first indicator was that seriously crappy LPG conversion. I've seen high school auto shop classes do better work. |

First indication was he has the tiny motor, then he has the lpg, then he has the repairs obviously done incorrectly. Net result, bad upkeep = bad car. Expecting performance from an underpowered tank = disappointment. Change the remote battery. Get the shops that did the shoddy work on the oil and water to back their work and fix it right, change the blown fuse or fix the wire on the cigarette lighter/radio, get some real wheels, and the car will do what its supposed to at virtually no cost.

thats what happens when you buy a 10+ year old bmw with lots of mileage on it because you didnt have the money to buy something reasonable to begin with. he did this to himself, not the car.

This guys video is trash, he has a m54 that has been converted to lpg
If you have a useless key get rid of it instead of keeping on your key ring. Last edited by DaZuc; 12-12-2016 at 09:54 AM.. |

Wow so many people here don't get this is a parody. Absolutely smashed it in this video, classic brit humour. Loving it!
Have the exact same hatred for my car every time I get a hefty bill but Damn I love her and can't tear myself away from her. Argghhh! Personally I've always hated the 5 series he's got, a mate tried to flog me his dad's 07 plate M sport 530d a couple of years ago for £12k despite it having done 220k miles. Such an ugly POS. I hate their interior, the weird exterior, the fact it's as big as a tank and its ridiculous price tag even now. |

Can I have the 5 minutes of my life back please?

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

If you cheap out on something like an LPG conversion then who knows how the other maintenance was done on the car. Not saying the problems are 100% the owner's fault, but poor maintenance never helps anything. |

I've watched and heard a lot of British humor (even been the victim of a couple of cheeky Brits once or twice) in the last 40+ years... and if that is what Brits are now calling British humor, Brits are going to get a very bad reputation.
