Tire Fitment Help

Hi all, need some of your educated opinions with my wheel and tire fitment. I have a 2007 e92 335 with Apex EC-7 wheels with 245/40/18 size tires in the front and 265/35/18 in the rear with a 12mm spacers with no rubbing issues at all. My fenders are rolled in the rear. My car is also lowered on bilstein coilovers. I am trying to fit a 265/40/18 in the rear but not sure if it is going to cause issues or not.

The wheel specs are:

Apex Ec-7 9" wheel (Square)
18" diameter
offset: 31mm
Profile: 2

All help is appreciated
