back from the bodyshop

When I picked up my car 3 weeks ago i missed a blemish / scratch in the paint under the door mirror. I am sure it was the sales person putting the welcome sign next to the car and they have caught it with the edge of the sign. anyhow credit due when i got home and someone else pointed it out, they booked it in for monday this week (only time they had a courtesy car).

But i have to say the service was great as the body shop rang me up and said we have fixed the issue you had but we have noticed some light scratches on your boot so were going to give your whole car a buff and get rid of any other marks too !! i was well chuffed.

then to top that i complained the brakes were squealing , the service department took it for a drive after the body shop had finished, I went to collect the car they said we cant seem to hear the squealing but have ordered you a whole new set of brakes and will fit them as soon as they arrive to see if that sorts it out!

you hear many stories of the dealers selling you the car and then not giving a sh*t about problems I have to say hats off so far my experiences have been great!

Great news from a bad beginning.

As mentioned name the dealer, they deserve it for good service.
