well i did on the way to a house i rent out! as i have a new mobile phone i thought i would try to video the wheel to see what it looked like as i drove down the road and it turned out to be pretty cool!!! so i posted on here for everyone to see!!

If a camera is filming at 15 frames (or any #) per second, and if at the moment the camera is capturing a frame where the spokes are in the same position, the film will appear as it the wheel is not turning.
