[Rons240i]

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the stage one speakers and the ghost sub woofers are the same for the 135i as they are for the 240i. I'm in the process of waiting my 240i to come in and wondering if I should pull the speakers and sub woofers out or if they don't fit, letting them go with the 135i when I sell it. I saw somewhere that the bimmertech amp has the same part number so I'll be pulling that out for sure. I don't want to spend anymore money upgrading speakers if the other ones will fit. Any help would be appreciated.

Since it took many, many months for Bavsound to develop and release a 2 series speaker kit, I suspect what they offer the 2 series owner is different than the 1 series owner. Are they different because of the amp or acoustics or something else, who knows? If it were me, I'd keep the speakers and use them in the new car. If the results aren't satisfying then you can change plans at that time.

Yeah, I suspect that the speakers are different for 2 series but I'm not too sure about the sub woofers. They may fit with any luck. I think I will pull them out just in case they'll the 2 series. If they don't fit, I can always try to sell them. I tried emailing bavsound about it but didn't get any response yet. Maybe because it's the weekend. I'll wait and see.
