Montego Blue vs Interlagos Blue
When I was looking earlier this year, I could not find a good comparison photo between two of my favorite BMW colors. The picture I took below of my 335 (MB) that is for sale next to my new M3 (IB) shows a pretty stark contrast that I could not notice in any online photos, but is noticeable in person.
The IB is darker and has more purple in it. I've gotta say that I wish my M3 was in MB, because I am really going to miss that color. I've only had the m3 for a short time, but I got way more compliments in the 335 because of the color. Feel free to share your thoughts below! |

Gotta agree with you man, I'm not usually a fan of the dark blue collars, however BMW knocked it outta the park with the Montego Blue!

+1 for that!
However I think that Blue is in a different class compared to MB and IB. Different kind of blue altogether! But I have to agree, I love Estril Blue as well.

I do like Estril Blue, but my preference is for the darker (but not too dark) blues. I think IB is the darkest I would get without compromise. I really wish BMW would start using MB again and get rid of either midnight blue or imperial blue.
I haven't seen the Tanzanite blue metallic, but its also limited to BMW Individual. |

These cars in Montego blue almost take on a different personality.

click on my "2007 328i" under "garage list" under my name to see my car in Montego blue. I just love the colour and the way the light hit my car to really show off the colour when I took those pics
