E92 LCI angel eye opinions

Hey guys. So I recently purchased a 2013 335is its lemans blue. I fucking love it. Now my question is, as you know all the facelift E92's come with the white LED bulbs. I was messing around on google and came across these pics of this 330 with yellow angel eyes. In short, what do you guys think of amber angel eyes on my new is? I'm not sure how it would turn out I tried searching the forums but couldn't really find anything on people changing the LED bulbs to a different color. (Not talking OSS etc, just simple change of type of bulbs) Any opinion, openions,open-onions welcome!

Congrats on the new car, this might have gotten more attention in the lighting section. Although there are few of us, there's some people that do like the yellow look. I made lit post about it here, it might help you make a decision. I personally I think the blue/white AE's look better on blue. If you want the yellow though you could get 2700k bulbs and code them brighter with the Carly app.

it's funny, when I got my car in Dec. '06, the angel eyes got so much attention and were uber cool. Now, they are dim and yellow lol

When the right side burned out 2 weeks ago, I was relieved it was a $6 part (H8) as opposed to LED, although, technically, LED should outlast the H8....

I don't want to convert because

a) I like stock, don't want to make my car into something else

b) My hand was sliced and ripped open putting the new H8 in, and it's just about healed now

Haha ouch glad your hand is better though! Yeah i really liked the yellow in my E92 M3 and my E90 335xi. They burned out in my M3 like twice after just replacing them so I just went with LED. The is has beautiful headlights
