Car doesn't start, however...

After replacing the starter the car cranks but doesnt start, however...

when the MAF is connected = car cranks but doesnt start
when MAF is disconnected = car starts

????

Change the MAF?

Clean MAF with MAF cleaner and if that doesn't do it, you probably should change it. Handle it with care.
