Oh that's your spare bolt. Same as the spare buttons that are sewn into your sport jacket. It's just in case you need one.
Really though, the size is about right, but on not sure of that head. Someone will recognize it, I'm sure. |

It's not a motor mount bolt. The rubber mount to sub frame has a long head and the mount to engine block are larger.

I will add that there are not many fasteners used that have a washer attached. Most are usually flanged bolts without the washer.
