Syntner or trainer

Hi all , sorry if this is repeated else where but have tried searching with no luck.
My service is approaching and as new to BMW's was wondering best place to take it to in South Wales. Have heard a few bad reports of syntner and trainer , any body recommend anywhere? It has to dealer ship for ware tee.
