Interrpt between 3000-4000rpm.

hello gentlemen. I have a problem with interrupting when I'm accelerating on 3, 4, 5 and 6th gear, but only between 3000-4000rpm. Higher rev are very smooth ang fast. turbos was regenerated, wastegates valves are stiff, and there was still rattleing when I gassing on idle. I have no idea what I have to do now ... can be vacum leak?
I have new coils and plugs, there is no errors on the obd.
Please help me.
