And yes on balance that is correct but I parked for 20 mins out of 30 and the bit my front is on is actually a bend so wasn't blocking anything etc

An example of Cambridge fun, used to volunteer at this place in city.
Parking on residential street in this area was allowed on one side from 17:00. You would and they did ticket people at 16:59. One evening a parking warden would not let me park up at about 15:55, even though street was pretty much empty and I needed to open up the centre I was a working at, as it was pissing down and some young people waiting to get in. We complained however council came back with rules are rules. |
