Not a great deal imo, when I got my 330d M Sport the deal with no options was 3 months down, 24 months 10k a year and £320 inc vat!

I'd say they are both good deals. I'm paying 472 a month for a 435d GC on a 6+35 lease for 12k a year. I'd switch to a M240i if I could, just for the engine!
