330d m sport TO M4

After 3 great years and nearly 30,000 miles I am pleased to say I will soon be taking delivery of a new 2017 m.y M4

Black sapphire metallic
Full leather
Reverse camera
DCT
HK
Tints

I can't wait, I should have it in couple of weeks as need to make a few light repairs to mine before it is returned to the finance co.

I have not a day of trouble with the 330d. Full report to follow.

I have never test driven an M4 the reviews speak for themselves.

Congrats on your order, you will love it.

Get yourself on the f80post forum and add yourself to the UK Deliveries thread. Quite a few people picking up their M3/4's just now.

Nice change, you will find yourself making excuses to nip out for a quick blast.. Something you wouldn't with the 330.

Welcome to the M club

Wow you are brave spending that much money on a car you've never driven!

Let's hope it doesn't come back to bite you on the arse!

What's not to love about an M car.
You'll love every minute of it and the fact you've never test driven one will make it even more exciting. Congrats to you I'm jealous.

Test drive not needed don't worry. Mine lasted 5 secs before I said "il take it!"

Just be careful when it tries to kill you.

Is it the nose optics from a Wildcat? do I win a prize for identifiying it correctly?

Congrats on the purchase! I went from 330D to M3, but I had plenty of test drives to make sure it was the car for me, having never driven an M car before I certainly benefitted from the instruction, not saying you won't be able to handle it I know it's not a lambo, but lets just say it's a tad different to the 330D!

I never test driven one either and bought one, but whats not to like … its an M car!!!
There are pros and cons like all cars, but as long as you’re not doing ballistic mileage there are no problems. It can be surprisingly civilised for normal day to day driving and an animal when you want it to be.
All possible by the many configurable modes the M3/4’s have.

And one of the things about an M car that features high on my list is the looks. I love the look of my M3.

Coast2coast was showing around 12% odd off the last time I looked. Not as good as the deals earlier in the year, but you’ll get something off. I’m sure 15-16% would be possible if you shopped around which is not a million miles away from the deal some of us got from TRL.
