I have my much loved M235i for sale. The car is in immaculate condition, and has every option except the Driver Assistance Plus package. Car has never been tracked or abused, but I definitely keep it in shape with some spirited back roads driving. Paint was corrected and coated with Opti-Gloss by my detailer upon delivery. No rock chips or scratches, always hand-washed with care, paint still looks better than new. Photos are from this summer.

Purchased in March of 2015, still has 2.5 years / 42,000 miles left on full warranty and free maintenance.

This car is so much fun to drive, and is still a very practical daily driver—including carting around a four-year-old in the back in a full car seat. It has brought me a ton of joy, however a friend of mine made me an offer I couldn't refuse on her used 981 Cayman S, so I just bought that, hence, this needs to go. The M Performance Interior was installed by the dealer on delivery and I still have the original trim pieces that I will include with the car. I also have and will include with sale the unused original carpet floor mats, silver side mirror covers, both keys, and the manual.

Lease Details: Monthly payment is $529.80. The lease was for 36 months and 30k miles, so it is still well under allowance-per-month, there are 22k miles left and 18 months. Lease ends 3/6/2018 and residual is $32,230.70. The low payment is partly the result of me paying the full 7 MSDs (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=809480), so that adds a bit of complication to a lease takeover. There is $3,850 in MSDs on the car, which get returned to leasee at end of lease, including someone who takes over the lease. My offer for someone who wants to takeover lease is they pay me $2k at time of lease transfer, and then in 18 months, BMW Financial will cut you a check for $3,850. This effectively cuts your monthly payment by $100 down to $430 once all the accounting has been done at end of lease.

Can you clarify "Paint was corrected and coated with Opti-Gloss by my detailer upon delivery"? Did your dealer have to re-paint a body part when the car was new?

Oh, sorry. The paint being corrected is just a detailer's term. Basically even a new car, by the time it gets delivered, has a bunch of very small imperfections such as swirls from the dealer cleaning it, and tiny bit of contamination it picked up on the voyage from the factory. The detailer clears all this stuff up and then applies the protective coating. Otherwise you're protecting an imperfect finish. Basically, this is super car-detailing-geek stuff .
