let us know how you get on with it. What kind of deal did you get if I might ask ? 2 series isn't as heavily supported as 1 is it ?

The chassis is very good.. This has Active M Suspension on so firms up nicely and is very flat in the bends (Something I always disliked about the 335i was it was a bit soft in the twisties) Sytners gave me a good deal as I have bought a number of cars from them, and this was on their stock and they wanted to badly sell it for 1st Sept. In all 22% off list, so a shade under 34k with options (Active Suspension, H+K, PDC+Camera etc). Anyway, once it's loosened up a bit I shall give it a proper run, but if it's bang for buck you're after I suspect this is close to as good as it gets. |

Very nice indeed. Congrats.
If I could have lived with a 240i for family duties I would possibly have opted for one of these over the 440i GC

Well, only me and the missus these days, so a small coupe was top on my list. It really does seem small - and like a go cart - after even the 3 series. Mind you the 440i GC is not exactly slummin it |

Lovely looking car, think MG suits it really well! I do quite like the M2 but if the budget doesn't run to one of those I think the M240i makes for a very attractive lower-cost alternative!

Really nice Pablo. Got yourself a bargain performance car there, compared to an M car.
I expect you may have seen the Joe Achiles vid where the M240i is virtually as quick as the M2........

Epic car, I'm amazed BMW still put an engine like this in a small coupe (and hatch) outside the full fat M cars.
Not a fan of the back end though, wish it was prettier. Can't have it all!
