Diffuser and exhaust tips

Has anyone fitted the M Performance rear diffuser and replaced the exhaust tips with the black ones from an F30 Sport?

I'm trying to find images. Not sure if it's better to keep the tips chrome or swap them for the black ones.

The car is estoril blue and the diffuser will be left unpainted.

Are they just the tips or is it a whole exhaust? I'm trying to keep the cost down as much as possible.

My M135i had the black chrome tips. Will they fit on a 320i (b48) with the twin exhaust pipes next to each other?
