Timig issue on Cylinder 1

I'm trying to figure out why I have timing issues, if anyone out there has some input I'd greatly appreciate it. I've have my HPFP replaced by the Dealer about 40,000 miles ago, I've had all my injectors replaced a little bit before that(index 12) along with all coils, and just recently replaced my valve cover, and spark plugs a couple weeks ago. Can someone point me to a direction on where i should be looking to fix the timing issue? I plan on doing a walnut blasting session to see if that helps (40,000 miles since it was last blasted) soon, but while I'm at it is there anything else my mechanic should be looking at? thanks!

I'm currently running 3 gallons of e85, I'm FBO running JB4-MHD Back End Flash. Car has about 129,000 miles

Have you tried swapping the coil to another cylinder to see if the missing follows? You may want to try that and replacing the plug at #1. Both are easy and very cheap!! Try removing the plug in the morning and see if you've got signs of fuel on it...

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply Jwebb! I checked my plugs and everything looks good, maybe i need new coils? I'll be ordering a new set just in case.
