remanufactured injectors any good?
So, need to change all six of my injectors. index 12 I think are the newest ones out there.
the new index 12 injectors eBay $1350 advance auto ? index number? 900+ shipped remanufactured http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-FUEL-INJ...lWq7aW&vxp=mtr all 6 ~$450 I'm going to attempt to do the diy and also will be coding them so I will be doing the labor cost but trying to decide on which injectors to go with. so are remanufactured injectors worth trying? Thanks in advance. |

I ordered from advance auto today. I should be getting them tomorrow. The price was really good for 138 ea injector but I would just get new injectors no sense in getting remanufactured if they cause issues again never know.

apparently, the calibration values on rebuilt/remanufactured injectors are invalid.

I went with the Advanced Auto Injectors and they work perfect... Index 12 and are all ready to go.. (minus the decouplers)
Go through eBates and you'll get 6% back in 3 months as a check. May as well in my opinion. Also it was stated in another thread.. If you can wait for a couple extra weeks, you can order one at a time and apply the 20 dollar coupon you get in an email toward the next injector... This can save you around 100 more bucks. Just a little tedious. Good luck! |
