Is ther any difference at all in the suspension? I wouldn't think so, but I don't know that for a fact.

Yes, I confirmed with one of my buddys' whos been a bmw technician for over 10 years. For the most part it's pretty much a similar set up, but the spring compression ratio is a little different. The part numbers are different with the two cars for the springs, hence the minor weight difference in the two.

With only 22 lbs weight difference, I would think they would be the same. The difference may be in the rear springs, since the E90 is a 5-passenger vs. 4?

We don't really know the specifics as of yet, but I'm pretty sure it's something like that. I spoke to someone at AC schnitzer earlier today and they confirmed saying that the coupe springs will not work properly on a sedan....
